Our Event Coordinator will work with you to create the perfect food and drink menu. Delicious catered food, customized cruise bar event options, and added decorations will help to make a special event for you and your guests. Our event coordinator makes sure that your private cruise is the best White Bear Lake event of the day.
The Perfect Setting for a Private Cruise Rental/Charter
White Bear Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Minnesota, and The Admiral is the perfect way to see it. With two levels of seating, there is plenty of room for your private event. On the lower level you will find a large buffet setup, two private bathrooms, ample booth seating, and a fully stocked cruise event bar. The upper level features round tables perfect for a group to enjoy a meal together. It also serves as the platform for some of the best views in the state. The front of both levels features comfortable seating to allow you to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful sites of White Bear Lake. A charter on The Admiral is the best of the best White Bear Lake events.
Private Cruises = Private Captain
This isn’t just a private cruise rental. This is a chartered cruise event, with a captain dedicated to giving you a great experience on the lake. Your boat captain will help you make sure your event goes exactly the way you want. From a perfect tour of White Bear Lake to making sure your food, music and beverages are just what you called for. Let our Captain and staff make your charter the best of White Bear Lake events.
The Admiral holds 70 passengers, 60 for seated events.
The Admiral is available Monday through Wednesday $200 per hour , and Thursday through Sunday for $400 per hour. Two and a half hour minimum private cruise rentals. Cruise rental prices are subject to availability and change.
Food and Beverage
All appetizers, entrees and beverages must be provided by The Admiral. Our Executive Chef and Catering Director will work with you to ensure that your guests don’t leave hungry – no matter your budget. We offer an assortment of delicious desserts, or you can bring your own.
We offer several options for our on-board cruise event bar, including a cash bar, hosted drink tickets, or a hosted bar. Options can be customized to your preference, no matter the cruise bar event. (Hosted bar requires a $300 drink deposit)
Decor and Entertainment
Our Catering Director will work with you to find the perfect decor for your event. The Admiral is happy to offer you the flexibility to bring your own centerpieces and flowers, or to work with our list of quality vendors. We have tablecloths available in a variety of colors, please ask for information and pricing. We offer a variety of napkin and draping options. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.
The Fine Print
State sales tax and a 18% service charge will apply to all food and beverage sales. A $75 bar set-up fee applies to cruise bar events with under 25 guests. A $500 nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract is required to book your event. Final guest count must be received by the Catering Director seven days prior to your event. The estimated total bill for your event is also due at that time. Day of event, payment must be made for any additional options such as added decoration, hosted bar, drink tickets, etc. If for any reason there may be additional charges during your private cruise rental/charter, these must be reconciled within seven days of event.
