The Perfect Setting
With two levels of seating, there is plenty of room for your private event! On the lower level you will find a large buffet setup, two private bathrooms, ample booth seating, and a fully stocked bar. The upper level features round tables perfect for a group to enjoy a meal together with a view. The front of both levels features seating to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful sites of White Bear Lake.
Your boat captain will help you make sure your event goes exactly the way you want. From a perfect tour of White Bear Lake to making sure your food, music and beverages are just what you called for!
The Admiral holds 80 passengers, 60 for seated events.
The Admiral is available Sunday through Thursday for $200 per hour, and Friday and Saturday for $400 per hour. Two and a half hour minimum rental. Rental prices are subject to availability and change.
Food and Beverage
All appetizers, entrees and beverages must be provided by The Admiral. Our Executive Chef and Catering Director will work with you to ensure that your guests don’t leave hungry – no matter your budget. Take a look at our sample menus for some ideas, or create your own. We offer an assortment of delicious desserts, or you can bring your own.
We offer several options for our on board bar including a cash bar, hosted drink tickets, or a hosted bar. Options can be customized to your preference.
Decor and Entertainment
Our Catering Director will work with you to find the perfect decor for your event. The Admiral is happy to offer you the flexibility to bring your own centerpieces and flowers, or to work with our list of quality vendors. We have table cloths available in a variety of colors, please ask for information and pricing. We offer a variety of napkin and draping options. Glitter and confetti are prohibited.
The Fine Print
State sales tax and a 18% service charge will apply to all food and beverage sales. A $75 bar set-up fee applies to events with under 25 guests. A $500 nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract is required to book your event. Final guest count must be received by the Catering Director seven days prior to your event. The estimated total bill for your event is also due at that time. Day of event, payment must be made for any additional options such as added decoration, hosted bar, drink tickets, etc. If for any reason there may be additional charges, these must be reconciled within seven days of event.
