Are public cruise tickets refundable? In order to reserve your place aboard a public cruise, payment is required in full prior to your cruise at the time of booking. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Boats depart promptly at the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise for any reason, we will consider you a no-show and your tickets will be forfeited by our ticketing system; no refunds will be given and reservations may not be rescheduled for no-show reservations.
What is included in my ticket price? Listed prices per guest include cruise & meal. There is additional sales tax charged for tickets. Every cruise has a cash bar. For public cruises, gratuity for onboard staff is not included; please tip your service crew. For private cruises, an 18% service charge is added to your food and bar total.
What happens during rain or storms? The Admiral cruises rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions, the boat may be held dockside for portions of the event. Also, please keep in mind that The Admiral is equipped with full upper deck enclosure to protect you from the weather. No refunds will be issued as a result of the weather.
Will my cruise reservation be canceled? We cruise rain or shine. The Admiral is fully enclosable. We do require 15 adult reservations for departure. If we cancel due to lack of participation we will provide you with 24-hour notice, and offer you an opportunity to reschedule.
What payment options do I have? Payments may be made by cash, check, credit cards, andd Admiral D Gift Certificates.
How do I redeem a cruise gift certificate? To make a reservation using a gift certificate, you can do so by calling our office at 651-296-9133.
Is the Admiral Handicap Accessible? Regrettably, The Admiral is not “Handicap Accessible” as determined by state law. Please call us for specific details regarding accessibility questions.
Are children allowed? Adults must accompany children. Children ten and under cruise at a reduced rate, and children two and under cruise for free. Please bring a life jacket.
Are outside alcoholic beverages allowed? No. Minnesota State Law forbids us from allowing any outside alcoholic beverages onboard The Admiral.
What should I wear? Dress for the weather! You’ll be most comfortable in casual dress.
Is there pre-assigned seating on public cruises? Cruises open to the public begin boarding 30 minutes prior to departure. Seating choices are on a first-come basis.
Is smoking permitted? Smoking is permitted on outside decks only.
